Ruben is the Managing Director and founder of the firm and specialises in property law and transfers, commercial contracting and consulting, insolvency law, family law, trust law, and general litigation and collections in both the Lower and High Courts.
He obtained his LL.B degree from Stellenbosch University in 2012 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in February 2015.
Ruben’s solution-driven approach, commitment to protecting clients’ rights, and dedication to upholding the Rule of Law underpin the firm’s continued growth and success. His entrepreneurial mindset, balanced judgement, and unwavering passion for justice enable him to deliver effective, fair, and strategic legal outcomes for his clients.
Outside of his professional work, Ruben is an avid sports and outdoor enthusiast. He plays squash daily, enjoys hosting braais with friends, and is a passionate hunter.

Anton was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1989 and as a Conveyancer in 1993.
With decades of specialised experience in conveyancing and property law, Anton advises on and attends to all aspects of property-related transactions, including transfers, bond registrations and cancellations, property developments, and a wide range of associated conveyancing matters.
His extensive knowledge and meticulous approach ensure that clients receive reliable, accurate, and efficient service throughout every stage of the property process.
Frederik completed his LL.B degree at Stellenbosch University in 2012 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2017, followed by his admission as a Conveyancer in 2019.
He practices across several key areas of law, with a focus on General Litigation, Commercial Law, Insolvency Law, and Conveyancing.
Frederik’s multifaceted expertise enables him to provide comprehensive legal solutions, tailored advice, and effective representation to clients operating in both personal and commercial spheres.

Helloise Smit
Legal Secretary
Helloise spent 18 years working as a software developer before pursuing a career in law in 2012. She was admitted as an attorney in 2019 and, although not currently practising, plays an essential role in the firm’s operations.
She oversees a wide range of administrative functions, including filing, billing, accounting, and bookkeeping. Outside the office, she is an avid runner and a dedicated single-speed cyclist.

Ronelle Young
Conveyancing Secretary
Ronelle has over 17 years of experience as a Conveyancing Secretary, bringing strong analytical ability, logical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail to her work.
She also assists with finance and bookkeeping and is proficient in Excel, MS Word, LexisConvey, E4, Windeed, SearchWorks, and Lexpro.
In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, the sea, and spending time with her husband and son.

Alicia Lombard
Candidate Attorney
Alicia has worked as a Candidate Attorney for over five years, and is still in the process of completing her studies. She has gained extensive experience in conveyancing secretarial work.
She attends to the drafting of agreements, property transfer documents, endorsements, and the registration and cancellation of recordals and bonds.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
